Just dropped a new video on the midwestern law firm, Mandarich Law who do a lot of Cavalry and JPMorgan Chase lawsuits. We are back on for our Q&A for this friday, July 26, 2024 and I hope to see you there. If you need any videos done, let me know. Always open to hearing from you and doing something new. Thank you, Brian Parker

Dropped two new videos. One is an application of the Motion for More Definite Statement applied to an actual case with all the paperwork and documents to get it done. Second, today a good one on the $24 million Consent Order against PRA and is getting a lot of views. If you have a video need let me know. Both of those videos came from a viewer on my live streams this week which are everyday from 8:30am ish to 4:30ish. Ask a question and if I am not deep in a case or video, I will help you out. All videos can be seen on my live stream as they are being filmed. Thank you. Brian Parker.

Good morning. Don't forget about our Q&A session for everyone to join (Link on our membership site front page) this Friday, July 12, 2024 at 5pm (EST) when you can ask anything you want or offer information and insights to the event and make the hour longer if you want. All good and quite a meeting. Hope to see and hear from you then. Building this thing through you guys: All suggestions and requests are welcome.

Also, just dropped a great video on Handling the "Motion for More Definite Statement" yesterday. It sounds more boring than it is. In the video I show you that with a little effort (with my template assistance if you want it plus the reasons behind the motion and helpful shownotes) turn the case into a winner for you with emphasis on the Forward Flow Agreement. As the video shows you, that Agreement (just the request sometimes) could settle the case quickly for you if you push in the right places. I can probably count on one hand how many collectors have turned that thing over to me in 30 years. They keep it very close and the creditor/seller of the debt does not want that out. So push and kick them in the proverbial "tush"😂 and win with a winning motion and request. It was a fun video to make. Thank you. Brian Parker

Hello Brian, a debt collector "The Moore Law Group" is representing Discover Bank in a lawsuit against my friend. Discover Bank is the plaintiff. At the bottom of the Summons as well as the Complaint, Moore lists their CA debt collection license number. Would this be enough to encompass Discover as a debt collector under the FDCPA in your opinion? Thank you.

Dropped two great Free PDF Cheat Sheet Videos last July 4th Week. Cool information and again, focus on the Forward Flow Agreement. Look for a Video on beating collectors with the Forward Flow Agreement coming soon. It is a Game Changer!

Dropping new Video today on filing a Motion for More Definite Statement and how useful it is in poking the collector in the eye and potentially settling the case BEFORE the Answer is filed. Check it out around noon. Great ideas to settle the case. Keep an eye on my new area for you to explore: The Forward Flow Agreement. Collectors don't want you to have that. So what do we do, fellow Warriors?

Dropped two videos on Credit Corp and UHG this week with both emphasizing the uber importance and use of the counter Affidavit. Also threw in a third video on the use of counter affidavits to overturn defaults and default judgments. Catch them all now. See you guys Friday the 12th for our next Q&A. Working on getting a judge to appear for questions and again, Ms. Maize Green from Green v PRA. All on my radar to increase the quality of your membership and options to watch and learn from. Stay tuned. Brian Parker
