Using The $24 Million Consent Order Against PRA In A Collection Counter Claim

Includes Full Length Instructional Video

Here, Brian applies the information from the previous video, “Collection Defense Against Portfolio Recovery with the $24 Million Consent Order” to an actual case. See the emails he sent to the PRA threatening to use it (appropriately) in a counterclaim if they don’t settle the case for a mutual walkaway. The Consent Order shows you how to use the missing “OLAD” and you use that to show how PRA in your case violated the Order-that’s on PRA and if they don’t bring the proper “creditor level” documentation, that’s on them. So, use it or lose it people. Consent Order (attached to the counterclaim) and a lot of templates attached. Go get’em.
