I stumbled across your youtube channel and subscribed. I\'m currently in a lawsuit as a defendant against a 3rd party debt collector( non-junk debt buyer). Went to court Thursday 9/26/24 for a trial hearing on a MFSJ . I responded to plaintiffs petition with a response to the MFSJ , they\'re motion got denied. I want to destroy they\'re lawsuit and get it dismissed but do not know exactly how to go from here. I am willing to send you the documents and pay for coaching to know what to do best, I understand your not my attorney and this does not constitute a Attorney Client privilege. Just looking on help on what to file to get this crap over with lol, Thanks for all you do !

Dan, are you a member of the membership site if you are doing this alone? I do offer help in my states of Michigan or Florida as far as hiring me but the site is set up for self help and not to hire me. Midland Credit is an easy one. You can go on our membershp for coaching if not my states and I look at the lawsuit etc and tell you what I would do without offering legal advice in your state. See membership section for consulting. Thank you.

Yes, I became a member as of today. Signed up for the 3 month membership. I need coaching on what I should do next on my case. Thanks for any help, FYI I’m outside of your states listed. I’m a Washington State resident.
