I spoke with you earlier this week and you asked me if the credior Bank Of America sent me the original contract. I replied yes. However, now I would like to claifify. The BoA attorneys office sent me the original credit card agreements. This showed all the terms of the credit card, interest rates, and choice of law. However, what they sent me is NOT the original signed contract. It is only copies of the credit card agreement that is sent when you open the credit card. There are no documents showing my signiture. Is this signed document a requirement, or does it vary state to state? Should I push for this?
Thank you,
Fred
