Hi Brian
went to zoom meeting for summary disposition LVNV Roosen Attorneys 47th disttict in Michigan. They didn't show, judge came on 47 minutes later and told me she dismissed their motion of summary disposition. But I got a date for a case evaluation for a brench trial and then just another motion to amend calendar order and proof of service by LVNV explaining they had a mix up and trying to blame me in a way for their no show. I just need to know what I need to file. asap. I've been trying to reach you.

Hi again Ms. Thompson. If you have a specific position or proof of something that helps, that is the basis of what you need to do. Sounds like you have a good judge and a typical Roosen and Varchetti. What about filing your own Motion for Summary while the time is ripe and the Judge is "on your side" of things? Good luck. I am doing a video today (filming later in the morning) on another in my linch pin series. I will be using a LVNV/Roosen Summary Motion as one example of what to look for when seeking the "Linchpin" to focus on. Hope that helps. It will drop later this afternoon.
