Question: The Judge grants Summary Disposition to Roosen, Varchetti & Olivier (LVNV) today 10-15, after they were late and she dismissed their last Summary Disposition

I swear this judge must knew this lady attorney. Anyway, I need help (advice), I did get it extended to the 22nd of October. Is there a motion I can file or is it too late? if so what kind?

If I can't what are the correct words to say to this judge Hon. Marla Parker (Michigan) so I can get her to hear my agruement? The original creditor was not on my complaint, I can't remember the Michigan law you stated about the original creditor in a video if you can tell me again please and thank you. The Bill of Sales does not have no evidence of my name nor account number anywhere, and signatures etc is all wrong also, the billing statements lvnv provided me has one account number on it but in their paperwork states a different number then I question it and they are claiming it changed somewhere along the line but not showing me any proof where???? Is their some type of law or violation I can use against them on that? Thank you again I know that was a lot but I'm tired of them.
