Hello Brian,
I got a notice from BOA however it's not a dunning letter. They state that the account is being managed by our Internal Recovery Unit. At the bottom it states this is a communication from a debt collector. Is this from the creditor or debt collector? Is this a falsehood/false flag? I sent them a Constructive Notice Of Conditional Acceptance Notice To The Court and a Debt Collectors Disclosure Statement. I doubt they will respond to the documents. My ChatGPT tells me there a debt collector? I can't seem to find any info on it. Do you have a video on it, and if not could you do a short video on what an Internal Recovery Unit is?

It's BOA with an internal department collecting their own debt. Using the FDCPA to bully you. Send them the validation letter and remind them in the letter they said they are debt collectors so you are asking for validation. Use one of my securitization letters too to really mess with them. Like they are messing with you. Good luck.
