Hello

I had a case with Springs Oak Capital, today was the hearing and the judge gave me like 3 min at most before granting motion to plaintiff , i would like the 15 min phone call to see if i ask question for appeal

Todd, I am sorry to hear that. Had the case started and been Answered before you signed up with the site? Call anytime. Did you make a record and supply the Court with your proof of why you don't owe the debt to the Plaintff. The record is important and judges try to limit that. Call anytime for the 15 talk. Thank you.
