My name is Brian Parker and I have successfully handled thousands of consumer cases including many trials in both Federal and State Courts.  Prior to attending law school,  I experienced the same financial issues that I now help people fight against.  As an attorney, I have established a formidable but respected reputation among the creditor and debt collector communities who know it is best to work with me and avoid a fight. This new Membership site is for the "Do it Yourselfer" handling their own case or for attorneys new to consumer advocacy.  I have put all of my 30 years of experience, resources, forms and templates, marketing and business ideas to work for you to buy or just rent. 

Today, everyone "YouTubes" it. A.I. and self-help vehicles are eliminating the old way of doing things. In that vein, I saw a bigger need for this site and its closer interaction with the community share approach than the need for expensive attorneys. This membership website is new and growing. We will add many more things as we expand to the needs of our members. Your input is paramount to both our growth and our ability to serve your research, forms and filing needs. You are not my client but hopefully, more like a friend in need.  Like all relationships, communication and education about our shared needs is the key to a long-term commitment. We will all benefit and grow when you let me know how I can serve you better in your consumer advocacy for yourself or others. That's why I am creating and growing the site's community forum "share speak" to share our members' victories and advice for others who are experiencing on the site who are in similar situations.
