Here, Brian looks into the interesting world of Securitized Fintech loans that end up as crazy sounding debt buyer lawsuits. The Plaintiff's are handcuffed by the previous securitizations and have to file "pretzel pleadings" to get around the damage done to the proofs that don't exist. Good luck suing my client with a weird sounding trustee name with two other names included as one Plaintiff. Just a lot of pretzel litigation nonsense from debt buyer collectors. Here, really use their documents against them. Lots to use.
