In this video, Brian shows us how to hack an AMEX debt collection lawsuit using their own documents against them. Look for their legal magician sleight of hand, no reference to the “debt,” the Amex attempt to be considered “creditors” when they are collecting a debt for a securitized trust and the securitization of it all that lead to them only using the word “account” instead of “debt.” You can’t be sued on an “account” when it is a breach of contract.
