I got my case dismissed with prejudice today. Can I countersue since the information is still on my credit report, how do I get it off?

Congrats on the dismissal. If the case is done, there is not countersuit as a counterclaim is filed inside the original case. You now can file a new lawsuit as a Plaintiff under the FCRA and the FDCPA (e(8)) against PRA. Send the dispute letter to the three CRA's first and also the debt buyer demanding removal of the debt with a copy of the Order from the Court. If they don't take it off, then you have your Federal lawsuit. Plenty of dispute letters and videos on the site. Congrats again, great job. BPP
