Here, Brian shows you how to defend and respond to a Summary Motion with “using their own documents against them” as the main basis of why you should prevail. Note that most of the video is based upon using the stuff from their own Motion against them. Its all right there. Remember, if you knock out their strongest argument in the Motion against you, the others fall too. So, don’t let the enormity of the whole thing bother you. Just focus on the head of the Motion Snake, cut it off and don’t worry about the tail of other claims that are dependent on the Snake’s main argument. Go get’em.
