Fighting Ally Bank Repossession Collection Lawsuits

Includes Full Length Instructional Video

Here, Brian breaks down how he fought back against Ally Bank and their unnecessary lawsuit against a client who did not have the property that Ally Bank and its attorneys were telling the court that the client would not return. The lawsuit turned Ally Bank into a debt collector with the “mini-Miranda” warning that did not need to be on the pleadings. The video also breaks down the differences between a Repossession and Claim and Delivery (Replevin) action and why Lenders use one or the other. See the attached work templates with the Answer, Counter Affidavit, Affirmative Defenses, Show Notes and Letters to send before and after a Repo to stop actions or protect you when they come.
